Our Logistics
ELECTRO PRO USA LLC operates from Miami and coordinates deliveries across the United States through established carriers (UPS, FedEx and freight services depending on the size of the product), to make sure your products arrive safely.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery timeframes range between 3 and 7 business days.
* The exact time depends on the destination address within the US and on the type of product (bulky items may require additional coordination).
Bulky Products
For electric bikes and scooters we coordinate the delivery, and where applicable the assembly or setup, directly with you.
Tracking
Once your order is processed and dispatched, our team will provide you with the details you need to know the status of your shipment at all times.
