1. Introduction
Welcome to ELECTRO PRO USA LLC ("Electro Pro", "we"). By accessing and using electroprousa.com (the "Site") and making purchases through it, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, we ask that you not use the Site.
2. Products and Availability
We sell electric bikes and scooters with delivery in the United States. All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, specifications and images, but we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders, including cases of pricing or description errors.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be confirmed before the order is processed and shipped. Payments are processed through secure third-party processors; Electro Pro does not store your full card details.
4. Financing
Electro Pro USA may offer financing options provided by third-party lenders. Electro Pro acts solely as a facilitator and does not extend credit or make approval decisions. All financing is subject to credit approval by the corresponding provider and to its terms, rates and conditions, which are governed by the agreement between you and that provider. Availability may vary by state and product.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped through third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx and freight services depending on the product). Delivery timeframes are estimates. Electro Pro is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or for force majeure events. The risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.
6. Returns and Warranty
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Products may be covered by the corresponding manufacturer warranty; the terms and duration depend on each brand and are disclosed at the time of purchase.
7. Safe Use of the Product
Electric bikes and scooters must be used in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and with applicable local and state laws (including rules on helmets, minimum age and riding). The customer is responsible for the safe and lawful use of the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electro Pro USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
